House of Ullr has an on-site restaurant, The Mad Mexican. Open Tuesday to Saturday, from 5.30pm-8.30pm for dinner. Takeaway is also available. You'll also find a variety of other restaurants and bars just a short walk away in Thredbo Village.

Check-in is from 3:00pm, and check-out is by 10:00am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.

There is no on-site parking. However, guests can use the free overnight car park located about 200 meters from the lodge. A 15-minute loading zone is available for pick-up and drop-off at the property.
